Couple of them not his fault but possible that he did do or fail to do something to cause them. Hindsight is a great thing as I just put them down to his working to hard and tired.

If we had perhaps he would have been diagnosed earlier and we would have beaten it but Unfortunatly it wasn’t meant to be, he was a very proud handsome man and his body left him a shell of a man, he should have been allowed to have the dignity of choice and for this reason I wish you success in your mission we all have the right to choose our own destiny
