My husband had a grade 4 GBM and also had 3 or 4 small car accidents in the 6 months before his diagnoses. Couple of them not his fault but possible that he did do or fail to do something to cause them. Hindsight is a great thing as I just put them down to his working to hard and tired.

Take care and good luck for the court case.

There is always the what if and if only, when my husband was diagnosed with cancer we would look back and remember things that should have triggered us into looking deeper into why !!! If we had perhaps he would have been diagnosed earlier and we would have beaten it but Unfortunatly it wasn't meant to be, he was a very proud handsome man and his body left him a shell of a man, he should have been allowed to have the dignity of choice and for this reason I wish you success in your mission we all have the right to choose our own destiny
